At Kiyora Organics, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.
Returns
• Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or partially used products cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrived damaged or defective.
• Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us process your request, please provide:
• Your order number
• Photos of the product and packaging
• A brief description of the issue
Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Opened or used products
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery
• Return requests submitted after the specified return period
Refund Process
• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
• Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
Return Shipping
• For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, return shipping costs will be borne by Kiyora Organics.
• For approved returns due to other eligible reasons, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges.
